George Atkins

George Atkins founded 80 Hertz Studios in 2005, he’s since built a strong client base throughout the UK & amassed an impressive CV as a producer and engineer respectively. Working with major label artsits like Lily Allen, Wiley & The Corteeners to innovative indy signings like Rae Morris, Patterns, Stealing Sheep & Vessels.

George pulls from an eclectic taste in music, particularly music that pushes the boundaries in sonics, arrangement and innovation. He believes musicians, engineers & producers want to work in rooms full of instruments with characterful analogue outboard twinned with the connivence of digital gear, where everything is hooked up all the time.
